OCR: Highlight the target rule that you want to activate or deactivate by clicking on it. If it h a check mark next to it, it's active. Then click "Turn On/Off" to activate or deactivate theby highlighted rule(s). If you like, you can click on the "Select All" button to highlight all of the target rules Rules that are "dimmed out" are unavailable at the current difficulty setting. To make those rules available, increase the level of difficulty. You may want to see all of the targets that can appear in the game for a particular targi rule and difficulty level. Click on "Preview" to see such a list for the highlighted rule. (If more than one rule is highlighted, the "Preview" button is inactive.)
